Basically, just be a saint. Spare everyone, make friends with the key characters, and enjoy the feels. The game will reward you with the true ending.
I've done it! Finish a Neutral run and then reload your save. Befriend Papyrus, Undyne, and Alphys by completing their side quests. Return to Toriel's house, and you'll be prompted through the rest!
Do a Pacifist run first, then on a replay, befriend everyone. It's worth it for the feels!
