Complete a Neutral run first by sparing all bosses. After doing that, go back and hang out with Papyrus and Undyne, then visit Alphys. Complete the True Lab and you'll get there!

First things first, you gotta spare everyone! Don't fight any monsters, just befriend them all. Complete the Neutral Ending first, then go visit Alphys, complete the True Lab, and voilà! True Pacifist ending achieved!
