To get turrets working in Starfield, make sure you've installed them on your ship through the shipbuilder interface, then assign enough power to them. Without power, they're just floating space junk!

Once you have your turret in place, remember to allocate sufficient power from your ship's power distribution system. They're not just pretty decorations鈥攎ake them work for their spot on the ship!
