Try pressing Esc, then going to Options and selecting the Reset Position button. It works like a charm!
Honestly, just close the game and restart. It's not common but if all else fails, give it a shot.
If /unstuck doesn't work, sometimes jumping around or rolling (Shift + direction) can free up your Warframe.
Had this happen to me last week! The /unstuck command did the trick and I was back in the action in no time. Definitely recommend trying that first.
