Just get a roster file from a NCAA 14 community, load it onto a USB drive, then copy it over to your PS3 from there. Easy peasy.

Honestly, the best way is using the NCAA 14 Revamped mod. It gives you updated rosters, stadiums, and more. Google it!

Download the updated roster files from Operation Sports, then transfer them to your PS3 via USB. Boom, you've got the latest rosters!
