LOL, just keep grinding through the story missions. Eventually, you'll bump into the dude!
Just search in the East Area. He's hiding out there, waiting for a real challenge!
Uub joins your team after you beat him in the tournament near the end of the main story. Just smash through the battles and he's yours.
You can recruit Uub by completing the side quest 'The Strongest Rivals.' Look for him in the East Area! Happy hunting!
