Just get Mink race, find the Alchemist in Green Zone, do a flower scavenger hunt.
Been there, DO NOT try finding the blue flower during the day! Red one respawns every 30 mins, mostly at night.
You need to be Mink race first and then find the NPC called Alchemist in Green Zone. Complete his quest by collecting 3 flowers (red, blue, yellow).
