Ya gotta get V2 first by doing the Alchemist's Quest in Green Zone. Then head to the Third Sea and complete Arowe's quest with the Water Key you grab from the Underwater City. Boom, V3 Shark Race!

To get V3 Shark Race in Blox Fruits, first, you need to have V2. Complete the Alchemist Quest in Green Zone for V2. Then, go to the Third Sea and finish the quest given by Arowe. Bring him a Water Key from the Underwater City to get your V3 upgrade.
