It's all about compatibility mode, folks. Right-click the Valorant shortcut, go to properties, then the compatibility tab, and check the 'Run this program in compatibility mode for' box. Choose Windows 8, hit apply, and you're golden. Worked for me when nothing else did!
Just update your Windows and disable that antivirus during install. Valorant and Windows 11 are besties, they just need a little nudge to play nice.
