They removed the V-Bucks rewards from the Collection Book. Now, you can earn them by logging in daily, completing daily quests, or playing Save the World.

You can't get V-Bucks directly from the Collection Book anymore. Epic Games removed that feature a while back. Try doing daily quests or save the world missions!
