You need to farm the Axi N6, Lith V5, and Meso N6 Relics from various missions. Check out Warframe's Relic drop tables for more info!
To get Venka Prime, you need to farm the Relics that drop its parts: Axi N6 (Blades), Lith V5 (Gauntlet), and Meso N6 (Blueprint). Open these in Void Fissure missions for a chance at the drop!
In my experience, the best way to farm Venka Prime parts is running Void Fissure missions with the specific Relics needed. Then, pray to RNGesus!
