To get Volstanding in Type Soul, you need to collect Vandenreich Medals by defeating strong NPCs or other players in battle. Once you have enough medals, head over to the Vandenreich Base and talk to the NPC there to unlock it.
From my experience, just keep fighting higher-level enemies and collecting those Vandenreich Medals. After a bit of grinding, go to the Vandenreich Base and you'll be golden.
You'll need to grind for those Vandenreich Medals by fighting tough NPCs or players. Once you have a bunch, visit the Vandenreich Base and claim your Volstanding!
