To get War, you have to combine Broken War with a Stalker blueprint. Go to the foundry, and you'll need 2 Argon Crystals, 2200 Ferrite, 8000 Nano Spores, and 2 Orokin Cells. Good luck Tenno!

Just farm Broken War from the Stalker, then craft War in your foundry. It's a grind but worth it!
