Uh, just fish for them. Seriously. With the right bait and a bit of patience, you can fish up crates in any biome's water that can contain the Water Walking Boots. It's a chill way to snag 'em without getting your feet wet... unless you want to.

Getting Water Walking Boots in Terraria is all about exploring! You can find them in Water Chests, which are mostly located in the Ocean biome at both ends of your world map. So basically, pack some breathing potions or gear, and start your treasure hunt at the ocean floor. Happy hunting!

Everyone's going on about chests and fishing, but let's not forget, you can also get them from Wooden Crates and Pearlwood Crates if fishing's your jam. RNGesus be with you.

Honestly, unless you're doing a themed run or something, there are better accessories out there. Don't sweat the water walking boots too much.
