The Wind Sword can be obtained by defeating the Wind Boss who appears in the game. Good luck with the battle!
From my experience, the easiest way to get the Wind Sword is by consistently farming Wind Boss after each respawn. It drops more often than you'd expect!
Honestly, just buy it with Yen if you're tired of grinding.
