Honestly, why bother? The charm of the Steam Deck is in its original OS tailored for gaming. Putting Windows on it kinda defeats the point, IMO.
Easy peasy! To get Windows on your Steam Deck, first, make sure you've downloaded the Windows ISO from the official Microsoft website. Then, you're gonna need a USB drive with at least 8GB of space. Use a tool like Rufus to create a bootable USB drive with your Windows ISO file. Power off your Steam Deck, plug in the USB, and then hold the Volume Down button while you press the power button to boot from the USB. Follow the on-screen instructions to install Windows. Remember, doing this might wipe your SteamOS, so back up your games!
I did this last weekend! Not gonna lie, it's a bit of a process, but totally worth it if you want to play games that aren't available on SteamOS. Plus, having Windows gives you access to a bunch of other software.
