To get the Witch Doctor in Terraria, you just gotta beat the Queen Bee boss in the Jungle biome. After that, make sure you have an available house for him to move into. He'll show up the next night as long as there's a house for him to claim. Queen Bee can be a bit of a challenge, so stock up on good gear and potions before the fight!
