Easy peasy! You can get Wukong by farming his blueprints from the Sanctuary Onslaught mission. Head over to Cephalon Simaris in the Relay, start the mission, and keep an eye out for those blueprints dropping!
Sanctuary Onslaught. Farm it, get the blueprints, build it. Simple as that.
Wait for a special event or login reward. The devs sometimes give out Warframes, including Wukong, during special occasions.
You can also buy him with Platinum if you trade stuff with other players. It's not exactly free, but you鈥檙e not spending real money!
