You just need to save your Xbox 360 world using the 'Save to Cloud' option and then load it on your Xbox One Minecraft. Takes no time at all!

I had to transfer my Minecraft world too! Just sync your Xbox 360 save to the cloud, and then download it from your Xbox One. Worked like a charm for me.
