As of now, Xbox doesn't offer a specific 'Family Plan' for Xbox Live. But you can share Xbox Live Gold with family members using the Home Console feature. Just set your main console as the 'Home Xbox' and everyone using that console can enjoy Xbox Live Gold benefits!

There’s no dedicated Xbox Live Family Plan at the moment. However, you can get Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which allows multiple family members to enjoy online multiplayer and access a large library of games if they use the same Home console.
