To get Yama, first, you need to be Level 2000+ and have at least 30 Elohim Blade kills. Then, go to Hydra Island in the Third Sea and find the Ancient Monk in the hidden temple. He'll give you a quest to defeat 5 Elite Hunters. Complete it, and voilà – Yama is yours!

From my own experience, to get Yama, you gotta grind to Level 2000, get 30 Elohim Blade kills, and complete the Ancient Monk's quest at Hydra Island. Totally worth the effort!
