How to get yellow hearts in Terraria
Yellow hearts, or Life Fruits, in Terraria can upgrade your health beyond the initial cap. You'll find them in the Underground Jungle after defeating all three Mechanical Bosses. They look like small, yellow hearts and can increase your max life by 5 when consumed. Keep an eye out for their distinctive glow amidst the dense jungle foliage!

Actually, getting yellow hearts is a breeze if you've got a Spelunker Potion. Lights up everything, including Life Fruits. Makes it way easier to spot them among the green.
Just farm the Underground Jungle, post-Mech Bosses. Life Fruits are waiting for ya!
