You might also try pressing 'Shift + Tab' to bring up the Roblox menu. If that doesn't work, 'Alt + Tab' can sometimes help. If all else fails, restart your game.

Quick fix! Just press the 'Esc' key twice to toggle the menu on and off. Works like a charm for me every time.
