If you backed up your phone recently, you might be able to restore your notes through the backup.
You can鈥檛 directly retrieve deleted notes on Instagram, but you can check your 'Recently Deleted' in settings. Worth a try!
Honestly, you鈥檙e out of luck if you didn鈥檛 save a copy somewhere else.
I lost my notes too once, and I just started using a separate app to keep them safe. Lesson learned!
