To get your own emblem in Warframe on Xbox One, you need to be part of a clan. Once you join or create a clan, you can upload a custom emblem via the Clan Dojo's settings.
Honestly, it feels like you can't really play Warframe without joining a clan. Get in one and make your custom emblem.
