You can install Windows on the Steam Deck if you’re comfortable with some tinkering, then use the official PS Remote Play app for Windows. It’s a bit more involved but totally doable!

The easiest way is to use a remote play app like Chiaki or PS Remote Play to stream your PS4 games to the Steam Deck. Works like a charm!

Straight up, you can't play PS4 games natively on a Steam Deck. Streaming is your best bet.

I've successfully used the PS Remote Play app on Windows via my Steam Deck; it streams PS4 games perfectly. You just need decent Wi-Fi and a bit of setup.
