Try reaching out to the game's developer directly. They might be able to transfer or refund your robux if you have a valid reason!
Unfortunately, once you spend robux on a gamepass, you can't get them back directly. Your best bet is to contact the game developer and explain your situation. Some devs are pretty understanding and might help you out!
I've been there! Sadly, Roblox has a strict no-refund policy for gamepasses and in-game purchases. You might be out of luck.
