Get your sims to the 'Engaged' or 'Married' status, then use the 'Try for Baby' interaction when they both relax in a double bed. Baby magic!
First, make sure your sim is in a romantic relationship. Then, get them to the 'Partners' status and have them relax in a bed together. If the option 'Try for Baby' appears, you're all set! If not, keep working on their relationship!
Hot take: Who needs babies when you have Simoleons to earn and careers to master?! Focus on those LPs!
From personal experience, it took my sims reaching the 'Married' status and a lot of wooing before the 'Try for Baby' option showed up. Patience is key!
