How to Get Your Xbox 360 Controller to Work
PracticingClock路6 months agoFor a wired Xbox 360 controller, just plug it into your PC's USB port and Windows should automatically install the drivers. For a wireless one, you'll need the Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows. Install the drivers, sync the controller with the receiver, and you should be good to go!

You gotta get that wireless receiver for the PC if you're using a wireless controller. Once you have it, pair the controller like you would with the console. Easy peasy!
Wired controllers are literally plug and play. Just connect it to a USB port!
I use a wired Xbox 360 controller on my PC all the time. Just plug it into a USB slot, and Windows takes care of the rest. If you're wireless, you need that receiver, but it's basically the same steps after that!
