To play Zombie Mode in PUBG Mobile, just go to the game mode selection screen and look for 'Survive Till Dawn' or similar event modes. It's usually under the 'EvoGround' tab. Happy zombie hunting!

Check the EvoGround tab. That's where Zombie Mode hangs out when it's active. If you don't see it, then it's probably not available right now. Simple as that!
