To unlock Zone Select in Sonic Mania, enter the Debug Mode. In the main menu, hold down Y (for Xbox) or Triangle (for PlayStation) when hovering over the "No Save" file. This will bring up a sound test menu. Play the following sound order: 12, 11, 4, 1, 2, 6. This should unlock Zone Select for you!

For Zone Select in Sonic Mania, try completing the game once. After that, the Level Select might pop up as an option. If not, use the Debug Mode method!
