Actually, I snagged the Zoomer title during the Twitch Rivals event. Just had to watch the stream for a couple of hours and got it automatically. Keep an eye on Valorant's social media; they often announce these types of promotions there!

Getting the Zoomer title in Valorant isn't as straightforward as buying it from the store or leveling up. It was part of a specific Twitch Rivals event promotion. Players had to watch the event live on Twitch for a certain amount of time when it was happening to unlock the title. Unfortunately, if the event's over, you might not be able to get it until a similar promotion comes around again.
You can't anymore. The Zoomer title was a one-time Twitch drop. Gotta wait for Riot to maybe bring it back or do something similar in future events!
