You can't gift games directly on Roblox, but you can send a Roblox gift card! Your friend can then use it to get the game they want.
Just give them Robux and a friendly nudge toward the game you want them to try. Works every time!
As of now, gifting a game on Roblox isn't possible. Stick to gifting Robux instead.
