First, make sure you're friends with the person for at least 48 hours. Then, go to the Battle Pass tab, select the 'Gift Battle Pass' option, and follow the prompts. Easy peasy!

Gifting the Battle Pass? Become friends for 48 hours minimum, go to the Battle Pass tab, choose 'Gift Battle Pass,' and select the friend. Done.

You can't directly gift the Battle Pass with V-Bucks. You have to buy it as a gift in the Battle Pass tab.
