Unfortunately, you can't directly gift a Battle Pass with V-Bucks on the Switch. You can only use real money to gift it from the in-game store.

You can try gifting V-Bucks to your friend and let them buy the Battle Pass themselves. Just get a V-Bucks gift card and give them the code!
You can't. Fortnite doesn't let you use V-Bucks for gifting Battle Passes, just buy it through the store with money.
The easiest way is to grab the Battle Pass option directly from the Fortnite store and send it as a gift. V-Bucks can't be used for that.
