V-Bucks aren't giftable directly, but you can send your friends giftable cosmetics or a gift card. Treat them to some epic skins!
First-hand experience here: You can't gift V-Bucks directly, but buying a gift card and letting them redeem it works perfectly. I did it for my nephew's birthday, and he loved it!
Buy a Fortnite Gift Card for the amount of V-Bucks you want to give. It's the simplest way.
