Yo, Epic Games hasn't enabled gifting skins from your locker. Hit up the Item Shop and use the gifting option there instead!

If you want to gift a skin to a friend, buy it from the item shop and choose the 'Buy as a Gift' option. Then you can select the lucky recipient from your friend list!
