You gotta head to the Item Shop, pick the skin, and click 'Buy as a Gift'. Easy peasy!
Remember, you can only gift if you’ve been friends with someone for at least 48 hours.
To gift skins to friends in Fortnite, go to the Item Shop, select the skin you want to gift, click on 'Buy as a Gift', and then choose the friend you want to send it to. Make sure you have enough V-Bucks!
