Hey, I've done this! Just get a PlayStation Store gift card, send it to your friend, and they can use it to buy V-Bucks in Fortnite. Easy peasy!

You can't directly gift V-Bucks to friends, but you can buy a Fortnite in-game item or skin as a gift. Just go to the Item Shop, select the item, and choose 'Buy As A Gift'!
