Settings > Page Roles > Add Person. Done.
Head to your Facebook page, click 'Settings,' select 'Page Roles,' and then 'Assign a New Page Role.' Enter the person's name or email and choose the role you want them to have. Voila!
From my experience, it's super simple: go to your page, find 'Settings,' then 'Page Roles,' and add whoever you want with their email. Just make sure they accept the invite!
