You can't directly give away robux, but you can buy a virtual item from someone or use a group to distribute robux. Just get the recipient to create a clothing item on their account (t-shirt, pants, etc.), then buy it from the catalog or group store.

Bad news, you can't just give robux directly on mobile or any platform. You can only transfer it indirectly.

Set up a group and use group funds to distribute robux. You'll need to transfer robux into the group first, then pay out members!
