Rush rooms! Seriously, the game doesn't specifically say this, but lots of players notice that rushing rooms and succeeding seems to somehow make dwellers give birth faster. It's like the excitement of success speeds up the process. Could be a coincidence, but hey, if you're rushing for resources anyway, it might help with those babies too!

Wanna speed up the baby-making process in Fallout Shelter? The quickest way is to make sure your dwellers are happy and healthy. Higher happiness levels in your vault increase the chances of your dwellers getting pregnant quickly and reducing the time it takes for babies to be born. Also, keeping your vault safe from dangers and ensuring your dwellers have all the resources they need will keep those pregnancy times as short as possible! Oh, and don't forget to keep those dwellers busy, idle hands don't make for quick babies.
