How to Give Explorers Stimpacks in Fallout Shelter
Giving stimpacks to your explorers in Fallout Shelter is pretty straightforward! Before sending your Dweller out into the Wasteland, just tap on them to bring up their inventory. You'll see options to equip them with items. Here, you can add stimpacks (and RadAway, if you've got any). Remember, you can decide how many to send them with, but more isn't always better. If your Vault's running low, ration wisely!

Just drag and drop, easy peasy! Open the Dweller's inventory before they leave and give them the stimpacks. Boom, done!
Honestly, I forget to give them stimpacks half the time, and they still come back. Sometimes less is more, you know?
