Drag your adult Sim to the baby and select the 'Feed' option. Problem solved in no time!
I've done it a million times – just make sure you click on your baby with an adult Sim selected, then tap 'Feed'. Simple as that.
To feed a baby in The Sims FreePlay, just select an adult Sim, click on the baby, and choose 'Feed'. If you see a high chair in the house, that's another option too!
