To give items in Sons of the Forest, simply open your inventory, select the item you want to share, and drop it by pressing the 'G' key. Your buddy can just pick it up from there!
Easy peasy! Open your inventory, choose the item, and press 'G' to drop it for your friend to pick up. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Honestly, just use the 'G' key to drop items from your inventory. Works like a charm.
From my experience, the best way is to equip the item and physically drop it near your partner. They've got to be quick though, these forests aren't safe!
