Unfortunately, there's no option to directly give someone merit in PUBG Mobile. Players earn merit points by not engaging in bad behavior like killing teammates or getting reported.

From my experience, just play the game honestly and avoid any team killing. Your merit will go up over time! Trust me, I've been there.
