How to give money in GTA Online
Sharing the wealth in GTA Online can be a bit tricky since you can't just hand over cash directly to your buddies like you're some kind of virtual ATM. But, you can share through the 'Inventory' menu by selecting 'Cash' after completing a job together. This way, you can give a portion of your job earnings to your friends. Another less direct method is setting a bounty on someone and having your friend collect it, or being creative by withdrawing cash and letting your friend 'rob' you.

Just drop money on the ground, lol. No, but seriously, you can't directly give money to friends. The game ain't built like that. Use the share cash from last job option or buy them something nice instead.
Honestly, if you want my two cents - pun intended - the easiest way to 'give' money in GTA Online is just by doing heists together. That way, you all earn and no need to mess around with the clunky share options.
