You can give permissions to other players by clicking on the 'Settings' button (gear icon) in the bottom right corner, then going to the 'Permissions' tab. From there, you can add the usernames of players you want to grant permissions to.
Seriously, just hit the gear icon, go to 'Permissions', and add their usernames. Done and done.
From personal experience, go to the 'Settings' (gear icon) and click on 'Permissions'. You can type in the usernames of the players you want to give permissions to. Trust me, it's straightforward!
