Just go to User Settings > Game Activity on Discord and rename it there. Easy peasy!

Head to User Settings, find Game Activity. Toggle 'Display currently running game as a status message' and rename PUBG to whatever you want.

Rename in Discord's User Settings > Game Activity. Click on the name and type in your preferred name. Boom, done!

You can't actually rename the game if Discord auto-detects it, but you can rename the custom status to whatever you like!
