Giving mic permissions in Rec Room is super easy! If you're on PC, just head to your system's sound settings and make sure Rec Room is allowed to access your microphone. For mobile or VR devices, you'll usually get a prompt asking for mic permissions the first time you launch the game. Just hit 'Allow' and you're all set to chat away with your fellow Rec Roomers!

Just click 'Yes' when the game asks if it can use your mic. EZ.

Some devices are tricky and don't ask upfront. If you're stuck, dive into the app settings on your device and manually toggle the mic permissions for Rec Room. Had to do it on my phone after wondering why no one could hear me. Total facepalm moment!

If you're a Rec Room player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Rec Room gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
